We are looking for a talented fashion designer with a strong sense of aesthetic and a passion for minimal, elegant design. You will work closely with our creative team to develop seasonal collections that reflect the Sabinora identity.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in women’s fashion
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW preferred)
• Understanding of contemporary fashion trends with a timeless mindset

02 — Social Media & Content Creator 📍 Chittagong, Bangladesh · Full Time / Part Time

We need a creative storyteller who can bring the Sabinora brand to life across Instagram, Facebook, and beyond. You will create visually stunning content, manage our social presence, and connect emotionally with our audience.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content
• Experience in photography, reels, or content creation for fashion brands
• Excellent written communication in both Bangla and English
• Eye for elegant, minimal visual aesthetics
• Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Meta Ads, and basic analytics is a plus

03 — Customer Experience Executive 📍 Chittagong, Bangladesh · Full Time

Be the voice of Sabinora. You will handle customer queries, manage orders, resolve concerns, and ensure every customer feels valued and cared for at every touchpoint.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality
• Ability to manage WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Passion for fashion and genuine care for customer satisfaction

04 — E-Commerce & Operations Coordinator 📍 Chittagong, Bangladesh · Full Time

Support the day-to-day operations of our online store — managing product listings, inventory, order processing, courier coordination, and ensuring smooth end-to-end fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Experience with WordPress / WooCommerce or any e-commerce platform
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with bKash, Nagad, and SSLCommerz payment workflows is a plus

05 — Brand & Marketing Intern 📍 Chittagong, Bangladesh · Internship (3–6 Months)
