Step 04 — Resolution Depending on the nature of your complaint, resolution may include:

Replacement — A new item dispatched at no extra cost ✦ Exchange — Swap for a different size, color, or product ✦ Refund — Full or partial refund to your original payment method ✦ Apology & Explanation — For service-related complaints, with commitment to improvement ✦ Store Credit — As an alternative to refund where applicable
